Hi, I'm Stephen Poole - a professional developer, a prolific musician, and a lover of great technology. Let me tell you a little about myself.

Since the early days of my journey, I've been captivated by the art of crafting exceptional digital experiences. As a developer, I focus on creating real, true to life versions of the ideas that come to mind when people say, "You know what they should do? ...". My goal is to create specific, efficient software that can literally make people's dreams come true.

What sets me apart is my ability to meet people where they are. I know it isn't mentioned much in a typical CV, but I feel my experiences acting and performing music all over the world and doing all kinds of other work for all kinds of people has given me a strong sense of confidence and an uncanny ability to navigate public speaking and peer mediation. All too often, I see incredible devs that can build incredible things, but can only explain them to people that already know how they work. I endeavor to be the kind of dev that can explain what anything does to anyone, and one that can take in most sorts of explanation and turn it into a working system built to specs.
